OpenReply is a Chrome extension that adds an AI button to your Gmail compose window. When you click it, we read the email thread context and send it to your chosen AI model to generate a contextual reply. The generated response appears directly in your compose box, ready to edit and send.

No. Email content is processed in real-time to generate replies and is immediately discarded. We never store, log, or share your email content. The data is sent to the AI model, a response is generated, and the original content is deleted from memory. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Model availability and pricing varies. You can select your preferred model from the extension dropdown.

OpenReply uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. You add credits to your account, and each AI generation costs a small amount based on the model used. More powerful models cost more per reply. You can view your credit balance and usage history in the dashboard.

We also offer auto top-up so you never run out of credits mid-conversation.

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for unused credits, technical issues, or accidental purchases. Contact us at support@openreply.ai with your account email and purchase details.
